“I was struck by the genuine warmth of the staff here, from a proactive Rooms Director who smoothed a minor check-in delay to the attentive bar team crafting excellent drinks. The location itself places you at the heart of things, an easy walk to both the river and the Capitol, and the fitness center's 24/7 access is a thoughtful touch for any schedule. It's the kind of place where thoughtful service truly elevates the stay, making it feel like a personal discovery.”
