Cultural Immersion

The hotel was recognized as Hawaii's Most Hawaiian Hotel by the Waiaha Foundation and won the Conde Nast Readers' Choice Awards 2023 for Top Hawaii Resort. Guests receive a traditional kukui nut lei during the Kui Ceremony, a personalized departure ritual that invites return visits with a white nut added to the lei. Complimentary daily programs include hula lessons, Hawaiian language classes, lei making, and ocean navigation workshops led by local cultural teachers.

Location & Beach

The hotel sits on 11 acres directly on Kā'anapali Beach, with the famous Black Rock snorkeling area just a short walk down the shoreline. Whalers Village shopping center is a 3-minute walk away, offering shops, restaurants, and an ABC store. Guests can access water sports equipment rentals on-site, and multiple boat tours pick up and drop off directly from the beach in front of the resort.

Dining & Entertainment

The on-site Maui Brewing Company serves food and drinks with live music every evening from 6-8 pm, featuring nightly performances by local musicians.
