“The attentive staff certainly make a difference, particularly Shaunte's proactive approach to a room readiness, and the clean, well-sized rooms with exceptionally comfortable pillows were a pleasant surprise. While the lobby's "Swifties" welcome was a thoughtful touch, the dated TV technology and occasional hallway noise detracted slightly from the otherwise quiet location near shopping and the university.”
