Oceanfront dining is available at Le Sirenuse Miami, an Amalfi Coast-inspired restaurant and sister to the Michelin-starred La Sponda in Positano. The Surf Club Restaurant, by Thomas Keller, offers a tableside lobster Thermidor that has become a signature dish. A Champagne Bar & Lounge serves a selection of champagne by the glass alongside a smaller lunch menu.
