The hotel offers renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and granite countertops. Carillon Miami houses the largest spa in South Florida with an exclusive Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit inspired by European traditions. The spa offers touchless wellness experiences including a Wellsystem dry hydrotherapy table, cryotherapy, and a halotherapy room with a large salt wall. Guests can attend over 40 group fitness classes daily, from spin with Cesar to yoga with Maria Paula.

Dining

The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt holds a Michelin star and serves modern classic French cuisine. Oceanfront dining at The Strand Bar & Grill offers seasonal dishes and a balcony with sea views. The Corner Store provides fresh juices and snacks, while beachside cabana service delivers light fare and cocktails.

Beach and Pools

The resort sits on 750 feet of private beach along the Atlantic Ocean, with dedicated cabana services and loungers. Four pools and four hot tubs are spread across the property, including a rooftop adults-only pool. Beach attendants provide towel setup and food-and-drink delivery throughout the day.

Location and Activities

Carillon is located in Miami Beach's quiet North Beach area, across from a Publix grocery store and walking distance to local restaurants. A cycling and walking trail wraps around the property, and a rock-climbing wall is available on site. The Miami Beach Convention Center and Art Deco Historic District are within a short drive.
